JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The Department of Supply Chain and Information Systems at Penn State University Park invites applications for one (1) part-time teaching assistant for MIS 497W in the 2025-2026 academic year. The successful candidate may expect up to ten (10) hours of work per week throughout the regular academic calendar.

Job Duties

  • Holding office hours as directed by faculty supervisor
  • Grading assignments as directed by faculty supervisors
  • Keeping records in CANVAS
  • Assisting with laboratory & recitation sessions
  • Searching the business press for relevant materials

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Successful completion of this course at Penn State, or a similar course at a comparable institution
