Activa Home Health | Monday - Friday | 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Activa Home Health is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist to support our fast-paced office. This role is key to keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently. We're looking for someone organized, tech-savvy, and great with people!

What You'll Do:



  • Greet visitors and manage front desk operations
  • Answer phone calls and route messages
  • Maintain office supplies and support admin projects
  • Train and support caregivers on the EVV system
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and manage clerical tasks (filing, copying, scanning, etc.)
  • Prepare meeting spaces and handle confidential information
  • Support the team with various admin duties as needed


What You'll Need:



  • High school diploma
  • 2+ years of administrative experience (healthcare preferred)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in office software and technology
