Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is critical in ensuring that our Customers receive exceptional service throughout the entire order process, from initial inquiry to delivery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving ability, the successful candidate will need to be a team player, working closely with the Sales team, Shipping & Receiving, Accounts Receivable, and multiple warehouse locations to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience.

Location: Remote position in the Midwest (EST or CST required)

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams (sales, production, Shipping & Receiving ) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Track orders and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure on-time fulfillment.
  • Resolve complaints and challenges by working with relevant departments to provide solutions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and order details within the ERP system.
  • Monitor inventory levels and update customers on product availability.
  • Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
  • Familiarity with the corrugated packaging industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Compensation & Benefit Information:

Hourly Pay Range: $24.00 - $26.00/hour, dependent on experience*

*pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living

Bonus/Incentive Pay:

A discretionary annual bonus based on Company and business unit performance may be provided.
