The Tour & Event Coordinatorparticipates in the scheduling, planning and coordination of winery events andtours of winery properties. This role provides support for Trade and DTC planning: organizing Trade, communityand employee events that are winery-based.

You'll be the go-to person for managing our Hospitality Inbox, scheduling, and assigning events to team members. You'll play a crucial role in planning and coordinating smaller scale trade events, managing multiple calendars, and updating essential reports for our departments and executives. Your responsibilities will include curating guest experiences in collaboration with Sales, booking catering, and handling all logistical details from transportation to gift bags. You'll maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, manage event expenses, and ensure seamless execution from start to finish. The Tour & Event Coordinator will be a key player in organizing, multi-tasking and maintaining prestine communication from start to finish.

What You Will Need:

  • Associates degree plus 2 years of hospitality, catering, event planning, event marketing,planning/scheduling, customer service, public relations, administrative support, or retail salesexperience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issuedequivalency certificate plus 4 years of hospitality, catering, event planning, event marketing,planning/scheduling, customer service, public relations, administrative support, or retail salesexperience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Required to be 21 years of age or older.
  • Candidate is required to have a valid driver's license, a safe driving record and reliable vehicle (ifapplicable) at the time of hire. This position will undergo a motor vehicle check (MVR) to confirm ahistory of safe and responsible driving. If needed, candidate must obtain the appropriate statedriver's license based on the position's location within 30 days of hire.
  • Required to prosses distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
  • Required occasionally lift and move cases of product and event equipment weighting up to 45pounds.
  • Required to work at functions taking place in the evening and on weekends.
  • Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting, and executing simple instructions, shortcorrespondences, and memos.
  • Skilled in writing simple correspondences.
  • Skilled in the use of MS word, MS Excel at an intermediate level.
  • Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing while using whole numbers.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training,meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of thetime, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, ifapplicable, as listed in this job description.

What Will Set You Apart:

  • Bachelor's degree plus 6 months of hospitality, catering, event planning, event marketing,planning/scheduling, customer service, public relations, administrative support, or retail salesexperience reflecting in increasing levels or responsibility.
  • Skilled in effectively presenting to information and responding to questions from groups ofmanagers, clients, customers, peers, or the public.
  • Experience in multi-tasking and effectively communicating with a broad scope of customers,vendors, and management.

Compensation:

  • Hiring RatePosted: $24.15 / hr - $32.60 / hr
  • Plus quarterly team bonus incentives!
  • Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
