In this role, you will support Haskell's mission by developing functional space programs and architectural test-fits for volume studies supporting long-term and operational strategies for clients. Working collaboratively with Haskell's fully integrated architectural, engineering, and construction teams, this candidate develops options and decision-support materials for clients' prioritization of capital and space resources. In this role, you will create site and facility design, planning, and programming with a thorough understanding of strategic, functional, and operational requirements of various hospital-based and ambulatory service lines. This is a "seller / doer" and "thought leader" position where you will work with clients and client executives in decision-making and problem-solving. Your responsibilities will include:

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information.
