This opportunity is accountable for identifying, leading, and executing opportunities for innovation and continuous improvements for business processes. Create process efficiencies across all disciplines to improve the team's efficiency through streamlined process improvement, coordinated service delivery, and an improved employee experience. Support operational governance for processes and vendors owned by the People Operations team (i.e. talent acquisition operations, service delivery, etc.). Develop and conduct consistent risk & control assessments per established process. Guide remediation activities to help manage risks, issues and controls to ensure compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements.

Compensation Package: The salary range for this role is provided above. This is the national range for location(s) listed. The salary offer will be decided based on the role's complexity, its location, and the candidate's professional background, including their education and experience.
