The Director of Service Lines for the Pediatric Mental Health Institute is responsible for providing strategic leadership and driving the financial performance of the service line. Leads faculty alignment, supports research and training, market intelligence, program development and evaluation, and management of braided funding streams. Responsible for collaborating on operationalizing efforts to ensure achievement of a mutually agreed upon strategic and operational goals. Key Responsibilities: -Facilitate the development of strategic plans, business cases, and philanthropic cases for support -Strengthen faculty relationships, alignment of clinical and academic missions, and national reputation. -Manage financial performance and lead business reviews with stakeholders across the service line -Steward portfolio of philanthropic and grant funds -Utilize market intelligence to evaluate and elevate programs. -Develop and maintains mental health master facility plan in support of the system of care master plan -Develop workforce strategic plan, set retention and recruitment targets and manage detailed roster -Collaborate to operationalize efforts and achieve strategic and operational goals. Essential Functions:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor's degree in health care administration, management, finance, nursing, or a directly related field. Experience: Five (5) years of total experience in business development, marketing, practice management, clinical management, research coordination and/or a related business operation in a complex healthcare environment with at least three (3) of those years in supervisory or leadership experience. Equivalency: Professional experience, beyond requirements, in a related field may substitute for the Bachelor's degree requirement on a year for year basis. Master's or higher degree in a related field may substitute for the non-leadership experience requirements on a year for year basis. Completion of Fellowship Program may substitute for one year of non-leadership experience. Salary Information Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $134,579.79 to $224,299.64Hourly Salary Range: $64.70 to $107.84 Benefits Information Here, you matter.
