Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in Agile methodologies. Experience in Geo-special systems, cloud technologies, and data migrations is highly desirable. Familiarity with the Energy and Utilities industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor and guide team members on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
• Manage and resolve impediments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Over 10+ years of experience in the IT industry.
• Exposure to Geo-special systems is advantageous.
• Experience with cloud technologies and data migrations is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Background in the Energy and Utilities industry is a plus.
• SAFe Scrum Master Certification or Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification is required.

Compensation: - $90,000 to $140,000 +/- and this position are also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans. Application will be accepted till 05/26/2025
