Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Brand Ambassador to join our team. As a Field Sales/Marketing Influencer, you will play a crucial role in driving lacrosse team sales within your assigned territory in addition to developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies that increase brand awareness. Your ability to connect with local audiences will be instrumental in achieving our brand objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive lacrosse team sales within assigned territory.
  • Develop and implement effective field influencer marketing strategies to promote the company's products or services, drive brand awareness, and ultimately generate sales within the assigned territory.
  • Create engaging, authentic, and informative content across various digital platforms to effectively reach the target audience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns and messaging that resonate with the local audience.
  • Work with our B2B platform to help create and increase fill-in orders.
  • Organize and attend local events, schools, leagues, product demonstrations, and in-store promotions to showcase the company's offerings and increase product knowledge.
  • Analyze and track the performance of field influencer marketing campaigns, making necessary adjustments to maximize return on investment.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with local partners, influencers, schools, associations, and potential clients to enhance brand presence and expand the reach of the brand within the assigned territory.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in influencer marketing and sales techniques.
  • Ensure professional representation of the brand in all interactions and communications while adhering to the brand DNA and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, including direct sales, account management, and marketing campaign execution.
  • Proficient in engaging customers on the sales floor, driving in-store sales, and training store staff.
  • Ability to adapt, problem-solve, and think critically in various situations.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with local partners, influencers, potential clients, and internal teams collaboratively.
  • Genuine enthusiasm and passion for the company's brand and its mission.
  • Knowledge of and enthusiasm for lacrosse.

**Preferably located in Mid-Atlantic, though not required

Flexible Work Schedule

New Balance Associates currently work in office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
