We are looking for a motivated individual to plan and manage business projects, ensuring they are completed on time, meet client needs, and stay within budget. Key Responsibilities: * Project Planning: Determine project goals, create timelines, and estimate costs and resources. * Detailed Scheduling: Generate detailed plans and schedules for each project stage. * Team Leadership: Select and lead a project team, ensuring effective collaboration. * Negotiation: Negotiate with contractors and suppliers for materials and services. * Quality Assurance: Ensure each project stage progresses on time, within budget, and meets company quality standards. * Reporting: Report project progress to senior managers and clients. * Risk Management: Identify and manage risks to avoid delays.
