Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with 5 to 9 years of expertise in Sales and Marketing Pharma clinical processes and Product & Data Analytics.
The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing and managing data related to pharmaceutical sales, marketing, and commercial operations as well as expertise in sales forecasting data.

Responsibilities:
Liaison between business users and technical team
Requirement gathering and incident management including incident creation in Servicenow and Sharepoint.
Updating and maintaining HLR, HLS and HLEs for enhancements as part of waterfall methodologies.

Skills:
Commercial analytics strategy, sales and forecasting.
Data insights generation and analytics, reporting, Business Intelligence, Quality Assurance, SQL, Power BI.
Business process optimization and automation, product development life cycle (PDLC).
Data Analysis: Analyze commercial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Must have experience in analyzing different data source, IQVIA
Reporting: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into commercial performance.

Education: Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python, Excel, Tableau) and business intelligence software.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and business processes.

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until May 1st, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $60,325 to $126,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
