The Arena Ticketing Representative is responsible for selling tickets to shows, events, and attractions across various venues, while providing friendly and professional service. Duties include processing sales, assisting guests, handling cash, and rotating between arenas, mid-size venues, and special event locations as needed. THE STARTING RATE:$17.00/hour THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Sell and process event tickets, will-call orders, and ancillary products (e.g., merchandise, parking, VIP packages). Provide accurate event and venue information to guests, including details about multiple tenants and amenities. Resolve guest issues promptly; escalate concerns to management as needed. Handle cash and credit transactions in compliance with financial policies and procedures. Support event operations, including ticket scanning, guest relocations, and queue management. Assist guests with mobile app use and basic tech troubleshooting on iOS and Android devices. Deliver exceptional service to VIPs, artists, promoters, sponsors, and executive guests.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent Prior cash handling and customer service experience preferred. Ability to work a varied, events-based schedule.
