Timekeeper Payroll/Field Accounting

Day & Zimmermann is seeking a Timekeeper for an onsite position located at TVA Watts Bar Nuclear Plant. This is a long term position. Local candidates preferred - no per-diem available for this position.

Timekeeper Duties:

• Perform field accounting functions including SAP use, payroll, timekeeping, billing, fringe benefit remittance processing, A/R, A/P and all office administration activities.
  
• Interfaces with the D&Z corporate accounting departments to ensure control and integrity of the field accounting and administrative processes.
  
• Interfaces with client accounting departments to ensure the required deliverables are being met.
  
• Conducts all work within guidelines, policies and ethical standards established by the company. Maintains all business records and reports properly and honestly, protecting company and client assets.
  

Minimum requirements: Related work experience to include data entry, timekeeping, payroll, or similar skills.

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $28,000.00 - $ 100,000.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of union fringes).
