WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: As a Distribution Supervisor in Service Delivery, you will lead a team responsible for the daily operations of the blood product storage and distribution department. This includes supervising staff and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of hospital orders. Our Distribution team utilizes advanced computer systems and software to receive, process, pack, and ship blood products and samples. In this role, you will communicate regularly with hospital clients, volunteers, and vendors, while maintaining detailed product records to ensure full traceability. As a supervisor, you will also be involved in hiring, training, and ongoing staff development initiatives. Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures in the work area and always use applicable protective equipment to prevent exposure to potentially infectious blood and body fluids. Provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers. WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE GOOD Key Responsibilities:
The aforementioned responsibilities of the position describe the general nature and level of work and are not an exhaustive list. Pay Information: $73,000 - $85,000 DOE Shift: 2nd shift with expectation that you will cover other shifts as needed Mon - Friday. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
