Field Area Managers are responsible for overseeing and managing a specific geographic region or area
for a company. They are typically responsible for a team of Field Service Employees and ensure that they
meet their targets and objectives.
This role, reporting to the regional general manager is responsible for the team of FSR's whose role is not
limited to a specific area, or territory, but span the entire region. Today, this includes the Enlighten team
which primarily focuses on Food and Beverage accounts; in addition to the Enlighten team, the regional
Instrumentation and controls specialists are also part of this group. Key Characteristics Duties & Responsibilities
* Lead a dispersed team of Field Service Employees within an assigned geography / contracts
portfolio
* Manage contracts and operations at our customer sites to ensure a safe working condition,
contract compliance, and financial performance
* Responsible for staffing and the development of Field Service Employees within your geography
/ contracts portfolio
* Responsible for operational metrics such as Environmental, Health and Safety performance,
employee utilization, overtime and operational costs
* Help build strong relationships with our customer base Knowledge, Skills & Abilities * Experience with large scale equipment commissioning and operations
* Previous Leadership experience with a field-based team
* Demonstrated ability to communicate with those you work with
* Strong troubleshooting skills - ability to analyze and resolve problems
* Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office suite of applications.
Qualifications
Required
* BS degree in a technical field - for example Chemistry, or Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical
Engineering, or five years' experience and relevant leadership experience in industrial water,
wastewater, or food & beverage water treatment solutions or related field
* Ability and willingness to travel within assigned geography, with an estimated travel of 30-60% Additional Information
