Job Description

Job Summary

The MRO Facilitator is responsible for buying supplies needed for daily maintenance and repairs at the

Minnetonka site. This role actively handles procurement processes, supplier relationships, and

compliance requirements while providing direction on daily work assignments to the MRO Technician,

who manages day-to-day storeroom and inventory activities.

Duties & Responsibilities

* Work with suppliers and negotiate prices

* Order supplies and track deliveries

* Help manage the storeroom and inventory

* Assess and make recommendations for improvement related to supplier performance, site

specific spending patterns, opportunities for savings, and efficiency in processes

* Provide daily work direction to the MRO Technician

* Ensure Veolia policies and procedures are followed when buying supplies

Compensation - The salary range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: $$26-28/hour USD hourly.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

Required:

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

* 5+ years of experience in MRO procurement or inventory management.

* Proficiency with CMMS systems (e.g., Maximo, SAP, Oracle) for procurement and inventory

management.

* Good at working with others

* Able to organize and plan well
