Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're seeking a Material Support Specialist to join our client's team and help keep their operations running smoothly! In this key role, you'll support the planning team by reviewing and releasing work orders, assisting with purchase orders, and ensuring materials are in place to meet production goals.

Schedule: 1st shift

Pay: $22 - $24/hr.

What You'll Do:



  • Enter purchase orders and follow up on confirmations, overdue deliveries, and invoice issues
  • Review material supply and release work orders in line with the master schedule
  • Collaborate with buyers, customer service, and production teams to resolve shortages and meet deadlines
  • Support communication between planning, manufacturing, and customer service
  • Provide clerical support and assist with special projects as needed




Qualifications:



  • Three years of related experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
