This role will be a member of the Home & Community Clinical Operations Enablement team. This position is focused on activities enabling clinical end users to leverage technology solutions and devices, such as access management, support, provisioning and deployment. This role is essential for the ongoing management and integration of mobile devices within our organization.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Oversight of reporting and auditing devices deployed within the organization and support to business partners regarding enterprise processes for provisioning and approval
  • Management of end-to-end activities necessary to migrate acquired entities to company-managed mobile devices, including inventory management, tracking, and reporting, ensuring appropriate access provisioning, device provisioning and deployment, and end user communications and support
  • Represent business interests by partnering with enterprise technology and support teams responsible for IT initiatives, and support change management for end-user impacts including communications and training
  • Partner with various operations teams and incorporate feedback to ensure end users have the information and resources available to successfully leverage their devices and applications
  • Handle resolution/inquiries from team members and/or assist with escalation to appropriate support

Required Qualifications:



  • Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes
  • Experience with project management tools and techniques
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and reporting tools required (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PowerBI)
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills

The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
