Job Description

As part of Partnership department, the Coordinator - Partnership Activation will be responsible for supporting partnership sales efforts (renewal and new business), managing season-long sponsorship activation and fulfillment programs, and assisting with both baseball/non-baseball events.

Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

    Fulfillment of all aspects of partnership agreements, both on game days and non-game days, including onsite activations, in-game promotions, VIP experiences, signage, and hospitality.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments, including stadium operations, marketing, ticketing, community relations, and entertainment to ensure smooth integration of partnership elements into various Club programs.
  • Build strong professional relationships with partners through regular communication and event execution.
  • Actively communicate with partners to continually evaluate partnership objectives, strategies and ROI.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance partner engagement and create memorable experiences that align with both partner objectives and Club initiatives.
  • Regularly research and recap traditional TV broadcast, digital and social media mentions, highlight videos and signage inclusions for MBBC partners.
  • Communicate asset specs, produce year-end recaps, and share brand exposure analysis (TV / digital / social).
  • Assist with the planning and execution of department events.

The ideal candidate will have two to three years of related experience, as well as the ability to build successful relationships, communicate effectively and take initiative.
