Site Support Admin & Data Analysis Location:Remote Job ID: #70946 Pay Range: $28-34 The deadline to apply is 05/23/2025 Citizenship Requirement: US Citizen Min years of experience: Prefer 2 years' experience in supplier or supply chain management Degree Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred Detailed Job Description: Join a small team managing supplier site support issues, and chemical obsolescence/disruption notifications. This person will work with/under the supervision of a current employee. Work will primarily be data entry of supplier site issues in a SharePoint tracker. Analyze supplier site issues to determine risk. Use SAP to determine impact, and the sites potentially affected by the issue. Collect data monthly for reporting in Microsoft Word. Also, monthly, analyze data to determine trends in suppliers and document in PowerPoint. Prefer experience with supplier, supply chain management. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint. Must have excellent communication skills. Must be detail oriented. Prefer supply chain experience. Prefer familiar with SAP, or ability to learn SAP on the job. Prefer familiar with Microsoft Lists, or ability to learn on the job. Prefer familiarity with commercial aircraft engine supply chain.
