About the Opportunity

At Machinify, we're constantly reimagining what's possible in our industry-creating disruptively simple, powerfully clear ways to maximize our clients' financial outcomes today and drive down healthcare costs tomorrow. We're looking for a results-driven, hands-on Demand Generation Manager to help scale our marketing engine. This role will lead our account-based marketing strategy across multiple channels to drive a qualified pipeline and measurable growth. The role requires a strategic thinker and a self-starter with proven experience in demand generation and an understanding of the healthcare landscape.

Key Responsibilities:



  1. Demand Generation Strategy:

    • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies targeting health plans to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
    • Collaborate with leadership to align demand generation initiatives with overall business objectives.


  2. Campaign Management:

    • Design, implement, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, content, and events to generate qualified leads.
    • Build and execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns tailored to strategic health plan accounts, driving targeted engagement and pipeline growth.
    • Utilize data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and implement improvements based on insights.
    • Optimize HubSpot to manage campaigns, lists, and reporting.


  3. Content Development:

    • Work closely with content and product teams to create valuable resources (whitepapers, case studies, webinars) and calls to action that resonate with health plan decision-makers.


  4. Lead Scoring and Nurturing:

    • Develop and refine lead scoring criteria and reporting to identify high-potential prospects.
    • Implement lead nurturing campaigns to engage leads through their buying journey.


  5. Measure and Innovate:



  • Develop and refine marketing performance metrics and reporting across all channels and initiatives.
  • Analyze performance metrics, A/B test, and iterate quickly to drive pipeline impact.
  • Drive continuous improvement in campaign ROI through data and experimentation.
  • Stay on top of demand gen best practices and MarTech trends.



  1. Collaborate:

    • Work closely with content and product teams to support the creation and optimization of valuable resources (whitepapers, case studies, webinars) that resonate with health plan decision-makers.
    • Partner with sales teams to ensure seamless handoff of leads and alignment on messaging and positioning.
    • Coordinate with external partners and vendors to enhance demand generation efforts as needed.


  2. Market Research:

    • Conduct research to understand the healthcare market, identify new trends, and keep up with competitors.
    • Monitor industry changes and adjust demand generation strategies accordingly.




This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or related roles, preferably in SaaS healthcare technology.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Self-motivated with a strong problem-solving attitude and a passion for innovation in healthcare.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, or similar tools.

Pay Range:$120,000 - $160,000USD

This is an exempt position. The salary range is for Base Salary.Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, years of experience, and the employee's geographic location.
