The student employee will assist the student affairs team with various projects and events. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining files, photocopying, scanning priority documents, and working with confidential materials. Duties include event preparation, ordering food, interview material preparation, and organizing interview/orientation day materials and information. Additionally, the Office Assistant will aid in the orchestration of interview days, including setting up interview spaces, orientation areas, and assisting with troubleshooting and problem solving. The student employee will assist with registration materials, assist with travel schedules, and prepare materials for events. This position requires the ability to create professionally worded documents, including written correspondence, emails, and flyers. The student employee will be responsible for compiling data in Excel as part of operation processes. Other duties include assisting with answering phones, greeting visitors, and directing guests. Special projects and other duties may be assigned as needed. A Work Study award is required for this position. Minimum Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Preferred Qualifications:
