TNT Lending Operations Assistant Manager

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Responsible for managing the Credit Union's consumer lending/mortgage lending underwriting and processing functions to maximize performance, member value and growth. Direct the activities of TNT support staff and assist with post close servicing of loans. Implement consumer lending/mortgage lending policies and procedure changes with the guidance of the VP/Consumer Loan Operations and the SVP/Director of Loan Servicing. Exercise management and leadership accountability concerning staffing, employee performance management, employee development, and compensation management. Ensure that applicable credit union lending policies and practices, and state and federal regulations, are followed. Approve and decline loan applications that exceed the loan limits of lenders. Effectively plan, organize, direct, analyze, and evaluate staff and processes to solve business issues and to develop solution-oriented recommendations.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Availability to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm at our Plymouth Corporate Office; exempt.

In addition:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business or related; or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 3+ years consumer and/or mortgage lending experience.
• Previous supervisory experience or proven leadership abilities.
• PC proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, and Outlook/E-mail or equivalents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• A high level of business acumen with the ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external partners.
• Ability to work independently while displaying initiative and decision-making skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism while working under pressure.
• Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and various background checks.
• Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.

WHAT WE OFFER:

The salary range for this position is $66,000.00 to $83,000.00 per year. In addition, we offer:
