Utilizes strategic frameworks and manages processes to build business scenarios to identify and conceptually describe incentive challenges. Provides insight on key strategic issues across major dimensions of Sales Operations - corporate strategy, competitive activity, sales segment strategy, technology, etc. Manages ongoing discussions with peer partners in other internal work groups including peers in international regions on identified priorities supported with clear fact based recommendations. Participates in cross-functional meetings and provides insight / guidance to peers / Managers / Directors in partner teams. Synthesizes and communicates findings to key leadership stakeholders in Sales, Solutions, Finance, HR, Legal and IT through oral and written presentations; Interfaces with areas across the enterprise to discuss changes impacted by strategic recommendations. Essential Functions
Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in a quantitative business field or closely related technical specialized field of study. Minimum Experience Five (5) years related work experience. Work experience in functions focused on strategy development, competitive, customer, and industry analysis, market research, analysis of product performance, and support of corporate development / strategic value assessment activities. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Demonstrated business acumen and experience of supporting strategic assessments that are transformational in nature including understanding the impact of technology trends on business. Strong communication and presentation skills, problem structuring & problem solving skills. Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including experience in databases, Business Intelligence tools, MS Office products and data modeling. Strong human relations skills. Preferred Qualifications: Design, implement, and administer sales incentive programs. Analyze plan effectiveness, provide recommendations, and ensure compliance. Partner with sales leadership. Communicate sales compensation plans & policies to stakeholders. Provide training & support. Address inquiries & resolve issues. Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $7,094.23/month - $12,533.14/month Additional Details: This position may be located anywhere within the US excluding AK, HI and US territories.
