Provide analysis and assistance in planning and organizing projects that impact or enhance the department

The Sr. Project Management Analyst leads and/or provides support for small to large complexity projects associated with strategic network initiatives for the enterprise. This includes but is not limited to Business Case Development, Financial management, project planning, implementation plans, status reporting and collaboration of work across the enterprise.

Essential Functions

  • Develops Business cases and Project plans
  • Financial management for projects assigned to the department
  • Monitors all department schedules to ensure that projects are completed on or before projected completion dates.
  • Develops and/or maintain long- and short-term Project Plans to support Network related projects
  • Creates Communication and implementation plans
  • Collects and analyzes all necessary data for resolution of problems, issues and concerns affecting the department.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance, computer science or directly related discipline.

Minimum Experience

Four (4) years exempt experience in project management, product development, systems design/development or business / financial planning and analysis. Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining systems. Experience in use of project management/planning software. Demonstrated analytical, organizational and planning skills. Strong human relations, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of networking terminology, hardware, and concepts
  • Ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals

  • Customer service orientation, and strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
