Under general supervision, designs, develops, implements and maintains innovative and replicable programs/procedures supporting FedEx sales, senior leadership and customers creating value and effective strategies for FedEx. Requires the application of specialized/technical skill sets relevant to the role and objective of the department. Essential Functions
Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business or a related field. Minimum Experience Two (2) years experience in designing, maintaining, and/or implementation of solutions to complex business situations or one (1) year of experience in the Solutions Foundations program. Experience is specifically related to the department's specialty. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proficient in business software, spreadsheet applications, and/or graphics or web development. Ability to plan and work on multiple assignments concurrently. Good interpersonal skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Design, implement, and administer sales incentive programs. Analyze plan effectiveness, provide recommendations, and ensure compliance. Partner with sales leadership. Communicate sales compensation plans & policies to stakeholders. Provide training & support. Address inquiries & resolve issues. Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $8,007.29/month - $14,413.11/month Additional Details: This position may be located anywhere within the US excluding AK, HI and US territories.
