Title: Global Reliability and Inspection Lead
Location: Lake Jackson, TX.
This role may be located at any Olin manufacturing facility. Additional locations include McIntosh, AL, Plaquemine, LA, St. Gabriel, LA, Niagara Falls, NY, Charleston, TN, or Freeport, TX.

Salary: $116,600 - $169,600
Schedule: Up to 2 days work from home; 9/80 schedule
Relocation Available

Focus: In this role as a Global Reliability and Inspection Lead, you will lead efforts to ensure the implementation of effective tools to plan, schedule, and track the appropriate maintenance and viability of all equipment. This role will ensure the implementation and usage of the inspection data management system (PCMS), lead the North American rollout of Prometheus, drive the asset integrity program (OASIS), and other best practice tools and techniques. This role is a vital position in Olin's goal of effective, efficient, and predictive operational reliability.

Global Reliability and Inspection Lead Essential Job Functions:

  • Emphasis on safe performance of work, ensuring compliance with corporate requirements and initiatives related to environmental, health, and safety (EH&S).
  • Provide business input and support to manage global inspection data management system. This includes collaboration with the Application IT Lead to ensure system availability and effectiveness.
  • Provide technical and work process knowledge input to develop, implement and sustain global asset mechanical integrity program.
  • Provide SME support related to quality assurance, fabrication, inspection, and asset repair.
  • Provide SME support related to the development and execution of asset criticality strategies, inspection planning, failure modes, probability of failure, impact of failure, mitigation strategies.

Global Reliability and Inspection Lead Minimum Requirements:

  • Must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent with API 510, 570, and 653 Certifications; OR
    • Associate's Degree in Plant Operations, Equipment Inspection or Mechanics; OR
    • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10+ years' work experience in the petrochemicals or chemicals industry in a project quality, mechanical integrity, and/or inspection role.
  • Experience and hands-on troubleshooting and repairing various vessels and equipment, and the appropriate tools to use in these exercises.
  • Working knowledge and experience with root cause analysis and its benefits.
  • Working knowledge and experience creating and using appropriate work process and metrics.
  • Working knowledge of inspection data management systems.
  • Experience working with or in a maintenance department with an understanding of asset inspection and repair work processes.
  • Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) and possess a valid US Driver's license.
