Are you passionate about helping students succeed and love being their biggest cheerleader from day one? As a Student Support Coach, you'll play a key role in welcoming new students to their blended learning journey and supporting them through their first five courses.

You'll be the go-to person for motivation, guidance, and personalized support-especially for students who need a little extra encouragement to stay on track. Whether it's offering strategies for success, connecting them to the right resources, or just being there when they need someone to lean on, you'll be making a real impact every day.

    $68,640 per year

Responsibilities

  • Inspire, coach, and support students through their first five courses, addressing academic, personal, and life challenges.

  • Conduct Welcome Calls/Sessions and maintain frequent, proactive outreach via phone, video, text, email, or in-person.

  • Identify at-risk students early and provide tailored interventions to help them stay on track.

  • Guide students through UTI systems, grading standards, LMS navigation, and available resources.

  • Act as a liaison between students and campus departments, ensuring smooth access to support services.

  • Accurately track and document student interactions while contributing to team goals and retention efforts.



Qualifications

Education/Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior experience in higher education or related field preferred

Skills

  • Excellent customer service and time management skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills and high learning agility
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with MS Office
