The Precision Segment Marketing Communication Manager is tasked with developing and implementing strategies which promote company growth and brand awareness specific to the Precision Technology within the New Holland Brand. Reporting directly to the Director of Commercial Marketing, the Marketing Manager will focus on the objectives of creating a cohesive messaging and market positioning strategy reflective of an industry leader, while consistently generating new high-quality sales leads and brand awareness for our technology offerings. This role serves as a key point of contact within the marketing team; working with cross-functional teams like product marketing and our Precision Technology Group within the larger CNH organization.

The ideal candidate will be within a reasonable driving distance to our corporate office location in New Holland, PA, Racine, WI or Sioux Falls, SD and will have a HYBRID working environment. Consideration will be given to other candidates that are within driving distance to other CNH facilities.



Responsibilities

    Subject Matter Expert (SME) for New Holland Precision Solutions for assigned campaigns, marketing content development, implementation, and marketing analytics.
  • Partner with product marketing, sales, and technical teams to develop compelling content for new product launches and lead generation campaigns, including messaging development and implementation through critical communication tactics that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and refine marketing communications strategy and brand positioning plans to ensure clear, impactful communications to dealers and customers.
  • Participate and support customer-facing events and programs: tradeshows, sponsorship functions, webinars and other ad-hoc items as defined.
  • Coordinate creation and production of brochures, Point-of-Sale, flyers, leaflets and any supplemental materials that will be used for digital/website and social media.
  • Guarantee timely release in the Digital Asset Manager (DAM) of all customer segment related assets (Widen & Channel marketing tools) and update and guide development of precision sections of the brand website.
  • Follow print and digital content development from briefing phase (in collaboration with product marketing and product launch responsible teams), to messaging and copywriting, photo-shooting (in collaboration with internal AV team or external agencies responsible), final layout of Master version (editing, quality check and /budget adjustments) and activation of roll out.
  • Coordinate suppliers for creative asset development and copywriting.
  • Administrate responsible areas in Commercial Marketing budget, keep assigned cost center within limits.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • At least four (4) years of digital marketing experience
  • Experience with both brand-building activities and performance-marketing activities to drive sales results
  • Experience in marketing campaign development, implementation and measurement
  • Ability to travel at least 25%

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least three (3) years of experience with B2B/B2C Go-To-Market program strategy, development and/or implementation
  • Working knowledge of new media and web/digital based technologies
  • Agricultural or heavy equipment experience is preferred, but not mandatory

The annual salary for this role is $84,000 - $112,500 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
