The Precision Segment Marketing Communication Manager is tasked with developing and implementing strategies which promote company growth and brand awareness specific to the Precision Technology within the New Holland Brand. Reporting directly to the Director of Commercial Marketing, the Marketing Manager will focus on the objectives of creating a cohesive messaging and market positioning strategy reflective of an industry leader, while consistently generating new high-quality sales leads and brand awareness for our technology offerings. This role serves as a key point of contact within the marketing team; working with cross-functional teams like product marketing and our Precision Technology Group within the larger CNH organization. The ideal candidate will be within a reasonable driving distance to our corporate office location in New Holland, PA, Racine, WI or Sioux Falls, SD and will have a HYBRID working environment. Consideration will be given to other candidates that are within driving distance to other CNH facilities. Responsibilities
Subject Matter Expert (SME) for New Holland Precision Solutions for assigned campaigns, marketing content development, implementation, and marketing analytics.

The annual salary for this role is $84,000 - $112,500 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
