As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in presenting our customers with a consultative, relationship-focused approach -- one that will make their food service businesses thrive. This role requires significant thought leadership and people leadership. Customer Marketing Manager We invite you to lead a team of high-performing, results-driven culinary and product specialists, where our customers' potential is personal. As a Customer Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for the following: Leading People Hire, develop, and retain staff, creating robust succession plans and developing the next generation of leaders Identify goals and objectives, provide regular and candid feedback through evaluations or coaching sessions Developing Business Plans Develop targets for individual specialists Understand areas of customer focus, including Team Building, Staffing, Profitability, and Compliance Engage with the Industry Visit key existing and future customers As a Customer Marketing Manager, you'll learn: How to lead following the Servant Leadership model/framework How to Participate in food shows, regional customer events, customer segment shows, and customer trips to headquarters to maintain visibility with customers, segments, or associations Position Requirements: Previous marketing and/or sales experience preferred. Ability to work hands on with staff and customers. Strong communication Think strategically and creatively to design projects for team members to lead. Lead through projects and work hand-in-hand with the sales director. Travel to the different offices and customer sites throughout the region.
