Our New Customer Concierge team is obsessed with our proven sales process to ensure protection and peace of mind to all customers by providing them with the entire Vivint offering of Smart Savings. A Day in the Life: Our sales representatives make outbound calls to customers who have had their systems installed for 30 days to 18 months. We deliver a premium, white-glove experience by proactively resolving technical and billing concerns, educating customers on the full capabilities of their smart home, and ensuring a seamless journey from sale through installation-all while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Expectations for Success:
Who you will work with: New Customer Concierge Supervisor, Concierge AM/Manager, Workforce Management, Recruiting, and various Supervisors across the organization. What we're looking for: Minimum qualifications:
