We are looking for a Technical Lead, Salesforce Health Cloud to join us in our IT Go-to-Market team based in Atlanta, GA (hybrid, onsite 2 days per week)

About the role
This individual will serve as the Techbucak Subject Matter Expect for our patient CRM technologies. Ensuring scalability of systems and processes for the US market across the entire value chain and patient journey.

Who you'll work with
Reporting to the Head of US IT Go-to-Market, this individual partners with the UCB business units, Insights & Analytics and Market Access & Pricing teams to lead projects. They will utilize technology systems, and manage technical support resources (internal and/or external).

What you'll do

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the DT Subject Matter Expect (SME) for patient CRM technologies (ex: Salesforce.com Health Cloud and others). Maintain awareness of industry trends, identify opportunities for business process and technology improvements and value creation. Also stay current on all related legal, regulatory or compliance requirements and related best practices.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Engage with key stakeholders to develop trusted relationships. Clarify, enrich, and document demand and business requirements. Build collaborative relationships with business partners and external vendors to deliver on company and departmental strategies and initiatives
  • Vendor/Partner Management: Work with third-party ecosystem and Managed Services Providers in support of the PSP and related technology ecosystem. Manage SDLC with onshore, nearshore and/or offshore resources. Design and implement best-in-class technical and/or operational support frameworks leveraging internal resources and third-parties
  • Solution Support: Ensuing timely resolution of user problems within assigned areas of responsibility and delivery of agreed upon SLA's related to system uptime, data loads, API integration troubleshooting, code troubleshooting etc. Responsible for all system updates including testing, validation, acceptance, and deployment activities.

Interested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skills

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 7+ years' experience in full systems life cycle management and deployment experience in Salesforce.com Health cloud (preferred) or Service Cloud automation systems
  • 4+ years of experience in the Healthcare (pharma/med device/ hospital or related) industry

Preferred:

  • Experience in the support of computerized System Validation, part 11 compliance
  • Experience with technology systems to support commercial patient services in the life sciences industry
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA requirements (Data Security, Encryption, storage, handling, etc) and associated system impacts
  • Thorough understanding of project management methodology and system development lifecycle principles, validation & qualification

UCB will not sponsor the successful candidate for work authorization in the United States now or in the future for this position.

This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $124,000-163,000. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
