Product Solutions Functional Manager

Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation products, is searching for a Product Solutions Functional Manager for our Columbus, OH location.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the comprehensive management of the organization's Product Owners and Product Analysts.
• Responsible for managing and coaching a team of high-performing associates working in an Agile scrum environment.
• Works cross-functionally with Architecture, Agility, PMO, and Software Engineering teams to support Product Owners and Product Analysts in delivering high-quality, innovative solutions that provide consistent, delightful experiences.
• Demonstrates company vision, mission, values, and behaviors to associates and ensures these principles are upheld.
• Develops professional development plans and training opportunities that support team member growth within their role and the organization, including cross-training opportunities.
• Adopts and supports accountabilities from the scrum guide.
• Works across all products to align roadmaps and dependencies.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience within product ownership in an agile environment
• Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics AX, and other project/agile management software
• Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, and change management
• The ability to read and write small letters and numbers; the ability to make arithmetic calculations; and the ability
