The Corewell Health Family Medicine Residency Clinic at Grosse Pointe is a teaching clinic with resident physicians who practice alongside supervising physicians to improve healthcare through education and research. This partnership allows our physicians to provide quality care to all our patients. We have seen significant growth and advancement with planned additional growth and advancement throughout the residency practice. We are a fast-paced, high-volume residency practice seeking a candidate with proven experience in residency program operations and strong healthcare management skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership capabilities, a strategic mindset, and solid business acumen to drive team performance and operational excellence. Scope of work Responsible for the activities of team members within practice(s) and oversees the delivery of optimal patient flow and patient satisfaction in collaboration with dyad partner. Trains team members and serves as a liaison between providers, team members and director in daily operations. Responsible for charge capture processing, standard work, process improvement and practice staffing. Manages team member performance and development and ensures policy adherence. Qualifications
