The teammate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated workflows, as well as generating reports to support business operations. This role requires a strong background in workflow automation and process improvement. In addition, excellent communication skills are required to interact with various internal departments and understand their processes.

Essential Functions:



  • Workflow Automation:

    • Design, develop, and implement automated workflows to streamline business processes and improve efficiency
    • Test and evaluate the compatibility and integration of new systems with existing infrastructure, networks, and applications


  • Process Analysis: Collaborate with internal departments to understand their processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement
  • Reporting: Generate and maintain reports to provide insights into business operations and support decision-making
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for automated workflows, processes, and reports
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on automated workflows and reporting tools
  • May serve as liaison between business units and the technology department to ensure that requirements are understood and solutions align with business objectives


Required Education, Experience, and Skills:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least three years of experience in workflow automation and process improvement
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in workflow automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath).
  • Preferred skills and experience:

    • SQL development or database management.
    • Reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
    • Scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
    • Knowledge of business process management (BPM) methodologies and tools.
    • Certification in workflow automation or related fields.


  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various internal departments
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
