Job DescriptionThe Business Analyst (Business Strategy and Operations) will be responsible for managing multiple regional training programs, communications, and focused initiatives for Client Services in the Latin America & Caribbean Region. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in both oral and written communication, AI-oriented, analytical, and results-driven. They should possess a unique blend of natural curiosity and leadership to foster engagement and provide insights for the organization. This role requires a proactive individual who is willing to drive cross-functional and regional interactions for key Client Services learning and transformational initiatives. The role will help support a variety of projects including business insights, presentations and communications, drive employee and client engagement activities, process improvement opportunities, regional operational and product training program development, and closely work with the region's functional teams in helping them manage their key business priorities through communications, trainings, along with investigating, analyzing, and recommending solutions to drive process, quality improvements. The position will provide exposure to a wide range of stakeholders, both within the Client Services team, as well as with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 89,900.00 to 127,150.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
