Job Description

The Business Analyst (Business Strategy and Operations) will be responsible for managing multiple regional training programs, communications, and focused initiatives for Client Services in the Latin America & Caribbean Region. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in both oral and written communication, AI-oriented, analytical, and results-driven. They should possess a unique blend of natural curiosity and leadership to foster engagement and provide insights for the organization. This role requires a proactive individual who is willing to drive cross-functional and regional interactions for key Client Services learning and transformational initiatives.

The role will help support a variety of projects including business insights, presentations and communications, drive employee and client engagement activities, process improvement opportunities, regional operational and product training program development, and closely work with the region's functional teams in helping them manage their key business priorities through communications, trainings, along with investigating, analyzing, and recommending solutions to drive process, quality improvements.

The position will provide exposure to a wide range of stakeholders, both within the Client Services team, as well as with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative and creative presentations that highlight insights for senior leadership and the broader Client Services (CS) team.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and team functions associated with Client Services.
  • Drive the communications strategy, including the management of organizational charts, regional coordination and monitoring of all training, CS Pro Sessions, and Viva Engage.
  • Identify potential process improvement projects/programs and collaborate with an indirect team to determine resolutions.
  • Manage and publish process improvements associated with each project.
  • Complete all documentation related to any changes and ensure that all vested teams are informed, trained, and appropriately involved in any projects.
  • Implement, track, and monitor each project/initiative/program to assess the success of process improvements.
  • Assist with the maintenance of standard operating procedures and other controlled documents that require updating as a result of a project/program.
  • Manage employee and client engagement survey results and help create action plans for improvement.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

*2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications

3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)

*Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.

*Demonstrated ability to communicate complex issues in a clear, concise, and impactful way - turning research & hard numbers into compelling stories and useful strategic insights to a variety of stakeholders.

*Strong analytical and AI-oriented mindset.

*Self-started Results-driven professional with natural curiosity and leadership abilities.

*Experience in driving cross-functional and regional interactions.

*Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.

*Proficiency in developing and delivering presentations.

*Experience in process improvement and project management.

*Demonstrated Advanced level of PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook required.

*Ability to work closely with functional teams to manage key business priorities.

*A team player and collaborator, able to work well with a diverse group of individuals in a matrix environment, ranging from junior to executive level.

*Must be fluent in professional business (written and verbal) English and Spanish

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 89,900.00 to 127,150.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
