Job Title: Compensation Specialist Working Hours: 20 - 40hrs per week, Monday - Friday Pay Range: $45 - $55/hr Flex Skills: Knowledge of PeopleFluent and Oracle systems for compensation planning. Ability to review and interpret regulations relating to compensation. An understanding of budgeting and accounting. Project management skills Broad compensation experience is a must. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, etc. Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Project management skills. Ability to work within tight timeframes and meet strict deadlines. Ability to drive multiple projects to successful completion. Effective interpersonal skills.
