Advantage Technical is excited to partner with a leading manufacturer to find a skilled Maintenance Supervisor in Ayer, MA. In this vital role, you'll lead maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability and team performance while driving
improvements across processes. If you're an experienced leader ready to make a real impact, we want to hear from you.

$80,000/year + 10% Bonus

Available Shifts: 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Supervise maintenance personnel and oversee shift operations
  • Ensure maximum equipment uptime and production line reliability
  • Coordinate and assign daily maintenance tasks and work orders
  • Train and mentor team members to strengthen technical capabilities
  • Drive efficiency in changeovers and equipment troubleshooting
  • Participate in preventive maintenance, audits, and special projects
  • Contribute to hiring, training, coaching, and performance reviews
  • Maintain safety and compliance across the department



Qualifications:



  • Education: Associate degree or equivalent technical training
  • Experience: 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance; supervisory experience required
  • Skills: Expertise in troubleshooting mechanical systems, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, and electrical systems
  • Bonus: Experience in food/beverage manufacturing is a plus
  • Leadership: Directly supervises hourly or technical team members
