Job Summary The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the HR strategy execution in partnership with the Global HR Leader. The Human Resources Manager works to foster positive relationships and provides excellent customer service, implements best practices, ensures compliance, and works to create a culture that aligns with the Nidec Way.Job Description Job Responsibilities: Recruit new employees beginning with an initial job requisition, seeing the entire process through to the new hire orientation to result in a recruiting process that is non-discriminatory, well organized, targeted to the correct talent pools of potential employees, and attracts top talent to meet company objectives.
