Hybrid (three days in-office, two days virtual)

About the role:

Perform support activities required to maintain a high level of availability and stability for one or more applications including incident/problem analysis and resolution, change deployment and certification, application performance, application operations management and development support.

What you will be doing?

  • Provides technical support activities for a software production processing environment. 24-hour support on a rotation basis

  • Installs, maintains and supports application/source code and/or its components and subsystems including third party software.

  • Detects, diagnoses and reports related problems.

  • Analyzes and resolves incidents, problems or known errors related to failures in application and supporting software components.

  • Follows escalation procedures, when appropriate, to resolve incidents, problems or known errors in a timely manner.

  • Uses appropriate diagnostic tools to isolate and resolve incidents, problems or known errors.

What you will need:

All minimum requirements must have been in the FINTECH industry

  • 8-10 years minimum experience Escalation Management and Issue Ticket Oversight

  • 8-10 years minimum experience working with Service Now, Jira, Web Logic- Azure- Linux

  • 8-10 years minimum experience creating Monthly Reporting: including: gathering and delivering monthly SLA reporting

  • 8-10 years minimum experience creating the Monthly Performance Management PowerPoint deck for review with the client.

  • 8-10 years minimum experience working with direct client interaction

  • 8-10 years minimum experience reviewing and delivering Incident Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to the client

  • 8-10 years minimum experience with Change Management reporting,

Added bonus if you have:

  • SQL

  • Network Scripting
