Medical Billing - Revenue Cycle - Self-Pay - Call Center - Patient Advocate Location: Remote or On-Site Hourly Pay: $17.50 This position is bonus eligible Training Schedule: Mo-Fr 8am-5pm Central Work Schedule: Tu-Sa 8hrs/day, Full-Time, 40 hrs/wk JOB SUMMARY The Medical Billing - Revenue Cycle - Self-Pay - Call Center - Patient Advocate is responsible for ensuring proper documentation for accurate patient billing along with providing empathetic and professional customer service in an active call center environment. Work Schedule Details: Tuesdays - Fridays late shift 8 hours after 10am Central Saturdays flex 8 hours between 7am and 7pm Central ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
