Primary duty

The Application Engineer II provides intermediate-level technical support for LifeView Group's enterprise applications. This role builds upon foundational ERP support experience to manage more complex configurations, integrations, and reporting solutions across Oracle Fusion, UKG Dimensions, and related platforms. The Application Engineer II operates within a structured change management process and collaborates closely with both technical peers and functional stakeholders to enhance system performance, deliver sustainable solutions, and ensure business alignment.

We have a Remote Work Program where team members have the opportunity work from home the balance of the work week. More details will be provided during the interview process.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field and four years of application/system support experience. May substitute equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have experience supporting ERP systems with growing technical responsibility.
  • Ability to manage moderately complex issues and contribute to solution design.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Demonstrated time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and escalate delays effectively.
  • Commitment to continuous learning.
  • Willingness to rotate on-call duties as needed.
  • Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate.

Preferred Experience:

  • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion components (BI/OTBI, flex fields, fast formulas, dashboards).
  • Familiarity with UKG Dimensions or similar workforce management tools.
  • Exposure to data integration technologies (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, Boomi).
  • Capable of developing reports and scripts using SQL or reporting tools (e.g., SSRS, Crystal Reports).
