$29.17- $35.66/hr. DOE

Day/Swing Shifts available

$1,000 sign on bonus after a 720-hour probation period.

Applicants interested are expected to learn the principles, values and behaviors of McWane Compass.

Basic Duties Responsibilities:

• Setting up and running semi manual lathes.
• Operation of two lathes at a time.
• Any additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must know how to read Blueprints.
• Understand how to cut metric and standard threads.
• Ability to run a lathe, mill, and a drill press.
• CNC set up and operation using Fanuc controls.
• Programming preferred on Mastercam.
• Able to read Micrometer.
• Machine school completion or experience equivalent.
