Supervisor - warehouse evening

Alan Ritchey Inc is looking for a dependable warehouse supervisor who will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily activities of work that involve loading/unloading trucks, and sorting mail at our postal mail sorting facility in Irving Tx. This is a full time position and weekend work is required.

Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday 2pm start time.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year in lead or supervisory position in warehousing
• Familiarity with warehouse operations including use and maintenance of equipment
• Be able to obtain a postal clearance (5 year background check)
• Computer knowledge
• Knowledge of warehouse safety
• Communicational skills

• Communicate with fellow supervisors and manager on daily operational activities
• Plan staffing needs on a daily/weekly basis
• Approve/edit time off requests and time cards
• Communicate operational needs to employees before shifts
• Work hand in hand with other areas to maximize productivity
