Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and experienced HR professional to join our team as the Americas Country HR Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and providing consultation to managers and employees across the United States, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico. The ideal candidate will lead a team of HR professionals and support all employees and managers within these regions, ensuring alignment with our company's values and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Policy Management:
* Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to comply with local laws, regulations and uphold company values.
* Ensure consistency in the application of HR policies and practices.

Employee Relations:
* Foster a positive and productive work environment through consultation, addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts as part of Keysight's Open Door environment.
* Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conducting thorough and objective investigations consistent with Keysight values.

Consultation and Support:
* Provide coaching and guidance through a strong partnership to managers to enhance employee performance and development.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

Compliance:
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations including training and documentation requirements.
* Complete all required reporting including through government, customer and internal Keysight channels.

Project management:
* Team is responsible for various program management including M&A, Educational Assistance, and various enterprise workforce programs.

Collaboration:
* Support employees in the US, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico, ensuring HR practices are culturally and legally appropriate.
* Collaborate with regional and enterprise HR teams to address specific needs, challenges and trends.
* Develop and maintain active partnerships and open communication with Keysight enterprise functions including all HR functions, Legal, WPS, EHS and Security as well as businesses across Keysight.

Leadership:
* Lead, mentor and develop a team of HR professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
* Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to support the business effectively.

* Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to drive growth and success.

* Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and regulations in the Americas.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to drive results.
  • Proven track record of innovative thinking and partnership.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
  • Continuous improvement and innovative mindset and approach using AI, automation and process efficiency.

The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.

California Pay range: MIN $149,000.00 - MAX $249,000.00

Colorado Pay range: MIN $ 138,000.00 - MAX $231,000.00

Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region

This role is eligible for Keysight Results Bonus Program
