Summary:

This Program Manager - MHACO role plans and oversees the development, implementation, operation, and daily management of assigned programs. Plans and oversees processes that ensure program goals are measured, analyzed, evaluated, reported, and met. The position supports the operational aspects of assigned program, including development of program materials and tools.
Implements work plans and assures the completion of daily activities. Mentors, oversees and directs other programs resources.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or related field preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Three years of related work experience demonstrating knowledge of program management, administrative practices and hospital/healthcare systems required. Knowledge of and experience in process improvement literature, techniques, methods and facilitation preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Ability to communicate effectively in writing and in public presentations, write papers, reports and proposals for a variety of audiences. MS Office suite skills.
