$2,000 Sign On Bonus General Purpose: . Coordinate maintenance repairs and pm's with external contractors. Work with Maintenance Lead and Manager to coordinate projects, leases, purchase orders, and major repairs. Stock of all inventories including equipment parts, shop supplies, and other consumable supplies and ensure they match with SAP. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage preventive and predictive maintenance program to maintain efficient equipment operation.
- Assist Maintenance Lead with work order backlog to establish execution schedules based on production and maintenance requirements and available resources to minimize planned downtime activities.
- Schedule and manage daily and weekly contractor activity schedules.
- Ensure contractors have all required information- Contractor Qualification Form
- Conduct briefings, JSA, and debriefings with contractor
- Walk the floor with contractors at the beginning of work and at the end of the project to ensure all tasks were completed
- Receive all packages into the plant
- GR packages as outlined
- Create Purchase Req's
- Maintain inventory of maintenance department parts and production supplies, including inventory control, purchasing approval coordination, and inventory product process.
- Conduct Cycle counts
- Manage SAP system, including set up entities, vendors, and equipment.
- Maintain inventory items at predetermined levels to serve plant operations and MRO, including safety, hygiene and good manufacturing practices (GMP) items
- Report results for weekly and monthly tracking
- Research equipment and supplies for non-stock item purchases
- Evaluate inventory movements and investigate abnormal conditions
- Evaluate vendors based on price and quality
- Work with outside vendors and equipment suppliers to maintain updated part numbers, records of certificate of insurance, and safety rules and regulations
- Purchase non-inventoried items and maintain monthly records for corporate
- Ensure parts area is clean, organized and stocked at all times
- Implement process to ensure part checkout
- Ensure all parts are in SAP system
- Backup to A/P Position within 90 days(No PO access)
- Dedicate effort to safety as we expect every employee to leave work in the same condition as they arrive
- Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality and sanitation requirements
- Exhibit the values and ethics of Dairy Farmers of America through honesty, discretion and sound judgment
- Adhere to all DFA Quality, Safety and GMP policies and procedures and report any nonconformity
- Attend required training, including but not limited to Safety, GMP, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) and Safe Quality Foods (SQF)
