As a Salesforce Developer, you will design and implement high-performance, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform that drive efficiency, enable cross-functional capabilities, and align with enterprise goals. Partnering with stakeholders across product, operations, and engineering, you will transform complex business requirements into impactful, maintainable solutions that enhance business agility and deliver measurable value.
Job Responsibilities: Technical Engineering Services
- Supports engineering projects by developing software solutions; conducting tests and inspections; preparing reports and calculations. Expected to supervise associate engineers on occasion.
- Understands system protocols, how systems operate and data flows. Aware of current technology benefits.
- Expected to independently develop a full software stack. Understands the building blocks, interactions, dependencies, and tools required to complete software and automation work. Independent study of current technology.
- Design and develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Aura to extend platform functionality.
- Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, and Streaming APIs, ensuring data integrity and synchronization across platforms.
- Apply event-driven architecture principles to design responsive, decoupled Salesforce applications that interact seamlessly with enterprise systems and support real-time data flows.
Technical Leadership
- Collaborates with technical teams and uses system expertise to deliver technical solutions.
- Continuously learns new technologies.
- Partner with product managers, business analysts, and user groups to iterate on solutions and ensure business alignment.
- Provide demos and technical walkthroughs to promote shared understanding.
Technical Writing
- Writes basic documentation on how technology works.
- Creates clear documentation for new code and systems used.
- Documenting systems designs, presentations, and business requirements for consumption at the manager level.
Technology Strategy
- Contributes to emerging technologies to deliver business goals.
- Understands current technology that supports business goals. Understands system protocols, how systems operate and data flows.
- Maintain current understanding of tech trends and assess their impact on the Salesforce roadmap.
- Guide stakeholders by translating tech trends into opportunities for platform innovation.
- Expected to independently develop a full software stack. Interact with system engineers to define system requirement and/or necessary requirements for automation.

- Presents new insights which improve an existing system/process/service using new frameworks.
- Express new perspectives based on independent study of the industry.
- Review current company processes to highlight questions that may drive process refinement.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or Engineering (Required)
Work Experience:
- 2-4 years Technical engineering experience. (Required)
- Working in Agile Framework with full stack development, using Lightning Web Component, Aura Frameworks and Apex. (Required)
- Demonstrated experience architecting and deploying scalable, secure Salesforce solutions across the full development lifecycle, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, data modeling, and both declarative and programmatic automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, App Builder), while integrating with enterprise systems via APIs and supporting CI/CD processes aligned to agile methodologies.
- Experience implementing software programs and platforms using REST and SOAP Webservices. (Preferred)
- Proficiency working with SOQL, SOSL, and Dynamic queries. (Required)
- Background using CICD (Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery) - Git, Gitlab, SFDX, Copado. (Required)

- Adept at bridging communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding, alignment on requirements, and clarity of solution impact (Required)
- Customer-first mindset focused on understanding user needs, collecting feedback, and delivering intuitive solutions that drive engagement and adoption (Required)
- Ability to apply data insights to optimize design choices, resolve issues efficiently, and align solutions with business goals (Required)

- Experience with Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce DX, data modeling, and declarative tools like Flow and Process Builder.
- Awareness of Salesforce Governor Limits and platform security best practices.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Preferred)
- Additional certifications (Platform Developer II, Admin, App Builder) are a plus

Base Pay Range: $92,500 - $166,800
Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
