Job Description

The CSS Coordinator will handle all aspects of Customer Service for Coleman SCACS to ensure each service member has an excellent move experience. In addition, to handling Customer Service duties they will assist with special projects as assigned. Compensation starts at $12-$12.75/hr depending on experience.

Essential Functions and Duties:

  • Makes customer service calls and emails after pack-out / delivery of customer's household goods or unaccompanied baggage shipments
  • Communicates with customer to alleviate any concerns or difficulties with move process
  • Effectively communicates with claims department to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Solicits surveys for good quality scores after customer's shipments are packed / delivered
  • Clearly and professionally communicates both verbally and in writing daily.
  • Data Entry
  • Download and use of daily reports
  • All other duties as assigned

Knowledge & skills:

  • Good Computer skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Self-Motivated
  • Detail oriented
  • Organized

Required Education:

  • High school diploma or GED
